Kasai teriyaki is delicious! Nicely grilled. The sauce is fresh. And it does not give me a tummy ache like a well known chain does. I highly recommend their food.
Best teriyaki bowls!!! Service is quick! Small place, but definitely worth the trip!!! Looove this place!
The best portions! From garden grove and drive all the way once a week for a bowl of beef and chicken! They're always busy but the cashier is always very sweet to us! The flavor of the beef is definitely my favorite 100/10 recommend here if you're looking for a good teriyaki spot!! Wish we had closer to us!! Also the avocado is always perfectly riped
Was craving some Teriyaki, and my favorite spot recently closed down. Yelp to the rescue! Found this place, drove down and ordered a large chicken bowl and a medium beef bowl. Took about 15 minutes to get my order. How was it? Beef Bowl- Bomb! Beef, green onions and sticky rice. I ordered an extra teriyaki sauce (each bowl comes with one) and poured it on. Really tasty! Great char grilled beef, and perfect rice. Not too sweet....absolutely delicious! Chicken Bowl- Same as the beef, but with char grilled chicken. So damn good. One of the best teriyaki bowls I have had in LA! Service was friendly as can be! Will definitely be back once a teriyaki craving hits! This will be my new spot for teriyaki in the South Bay!
Solid little mom and pop Teri place, sauce is good and the quality of beef was good. Ordered the combo beef and chicken, good size portion, quick service, place was clean inside and staff was friendly. Only two tables inside, a lot were getting it to go. Would hit it when in the neighborhood but wouldn't drive too far to get it. The instagram and TikTok reviews are overrated and over hyped about the place. It is on par with a flame broiler, rascals, yogis place, and a lot of these places to choose from. Parking lot is small.
I elect to have my food delivered.. Whichwas pretty quick. I ordered a beef bowl, which was very flavorful. I accidentally ordered fried shrimp I thought I was ordering shrimp fried rice (I do not like any fried shrimp from nowhere), but it did look evenly fried.
Love it! I got the #3 Chicken Teriyaki with Avocado. Plus, I pay the extra $0.25 (a quarter) to get a second teriyaki sauce. I love supporting small business, especially when I'm rewarded with excellent service and delicious food! So yummy! I've even seen people walk in and slam a quarter on the counter. Without a word, a teriyaki sauce quickly appears in exchange. I didn't realize just the sauce was that popular, but it is! So yummy!
Was passing by and Decided to stop by and grab a bowl.. ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with green onions and it was pretty good the sauce was not to sweet just right.. service was great didn't wait to long was in and out. The lady at the counter was helpful with explaining the menu it was nice and clean inside tv on the wall.. overall it was nice would have gave 5 stars but it's not the seat down and eat kinda place but I will be back for sure....
Visited on Wednesday, 02/15/23 during lunch time with my boyfriend. Our first time here. This place is located near the House of Donuts (same plaza area). We actually stopped by the House of Donuts that day for breakfast and were curious about this place, so what did we do? We stopped by here for lunchy! We dined-in and ordered the following: - #3 Chicken Avocado ($10.99) - #6 Chicken and Veggie ($10.99) SOO DELICIOUS! This is literally a level up compared to Waba Grill and Yoshinoya. Wait time wasn't too long and there were other customers coming in and out, so this seems to be a great local spot for Lawndale. Please note that each order comes with a complimentary hot sauce and teriyaki sauce. If you would like more then each extra sauce costs $0.25.
